The Evoluce SDK for Kinect for Xbox is a kit for applications developers that includes APIs, sample code, and drivers. This SDK enables to create natural user interfaces (NUI) by using Microsoft Xbox 360 Kinect sensor technology on computers running Windows 7.

License

The Evoluce SDK for Kinect for Xbox 360 is for non-commercial use only. Applications developed with the Evoluce SDK for Kinect cannot yet be made available commercially. We will release a commercial SDK for Kinect in the future.

The applications you build using the Evoluce SDK for Kinect must also meet the terms of the Evoluce SDK for Kinect license. While you can distribute your applications that you make with the Evoluce SDK for Kinect for non-commercial use, the license does not permit the redistribution of any of the components of the Evoluce SDK for Kinect itself.
